Wax.

For the production of investment castings, it is first necessary to make a mold, which will then be used for the production of wax models.

This mold is owned by our customer and its lifespan is around 500,000 pressing cycles.

From the serial production point of view the most important factor is quantity of imprints of a given casting in a mold for wax models.

Mold.

We produce ceramic shell molds for each casting separately, and their production usually takes 3 working days.

They are then dewaxed in a high-pressure steam environment.

Before casting, they still need to be fired in an electric resistance furnace at a temperature of 950°C.

Cast.

The melting of the required material takes place on 2 mid-frequency induction furnaces, which is currently the best possible method in terms of quality.

Before casting each heat, we check, and, if necessary, adjust its chemical composition. We always take control measurements after each casting, which we archive for an unlimited period of time.

All castings undergo a 100% visual inspection, including additional operations according to customer requirements.
